At OAK + FORT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the ship date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all OAK + FORT tags are still attached and the invoice is included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed to your original payment method.
